What coaching is and isn't
Coaching is not therapy. They work great hand-in-hand but they address different things. Therapy looks at your past and addresses what got you to your current state, then works to heal from the inside out so you can move forward. Coaching focuses on the future and what you ultimately want out of life. We are not defined by our past and we create our own future. My focus is your future and getting you there happy and healthy.
Coaching is a committment that takes work! It is not for the lazy or faint of heart. It’s not an easy solution and it won’t fix things overnight. You have to be ready to take action and be ready to be accountable for your future. I am here to help guide you, but you have to do the work. Everyday. If you want a different outcome, you have to do things differently. I’m your biggest cheerleader, but you have to work for it.
